There's an excellent site to keep your computer running fast and to clean up registry issues etc. This site doesn't get rid of your sites passwords etc. It's free and much better than the likes of \c \cleaner. www.glarysoft.com/glary-utilities/

I used CC this morning. My son has spent the afternoon resetting my favourites. That doesn't sound like a great recommendation.

I had the same problem with CCleaner. I used it for years on other comps, but this computer told me it brought malware with it. So I got rid of it all. I had paid for it too. Windows 7 was one of my favourite systems. My files are not organised, so finding what I'm looking for is always an adventure. It has been wet and gloomy all day, it looks like the snow is not far away.

Thanks for the Glary link, Ron. Had a quick look and may install it later.

It's much safer than C Cleaner, I've taken C Cleaner off all my computers. It's a very old site that hasn't kept up with the times and is likely to slow down your computer. I've tested a few similar over the years and Glary comes out the best.

Morning all: Very quiet on here yesterday. Anyway, it is freezing this morning, I'm glad I'm not going out.

Good morning. I don't know what the temperature is like outside, but it's quite sunny at the moment so we're heading off to The Vyne very shortly. Fingers crossed the weather holds.

I went out with the dog early this morning as showers are predicted later. It was bright and cold. I wore my hat, one of those Peru type ones with a bobble on top and earflaps with plaited wool hanging down each side. I must look a scream, but Leo doesn't mind and he is all that matters. Kept my head and ears warm a treat.

It really has been one of those dark dank miserable days today. The sky looks full of something, I guess we'll find out what in the next day or so.

Surprisingly nice today. We thought it was going to rain all day but it never happened. Had a lovely meal out with friends last night. They have a lovely pub near them but it is 45 mins away for us. Still the next time they will come closer to us. Haven’t done much today, must plant my tulip bulbs this week, fortunately for me mynext door neighbour has offered to help.
