I'm a Ford Focus fan too, I love the heated front windscreen. I've got a Ford Eco sport now, it's basically a larger version of the Focus. Heated seats, heated steering wheel too.

Morning all: These mornings are really dark now. Nights closing in too. There's a very heavy due this morning too, feels like a proper autumn is in now.
My Ford eco sport is a blue.

Still warm and sunny here. Yes, all the greenery is looking tired now but no sign of autumn.

We will probably have a heat wave next week, because I have put away the summer dresses and got the winter stuff down - there's no need to thank me. It happens every year. . I'm having good days and bad days at the moment, more good than bad. For that I am truly thankful.

Morning all: A tad cooler this morning, my patio was full of leaves from the trees that surround us, another sure sign of autumn.

Hi all, I received a letter via my Doctors practice yesterday From my respiratory consultant, he stated that my failed gas test was a concern and that my heart weakening maybe the cause of the test failure, so I will have to have a special blood test for a yae or nay result on that.(NT-proBNP blood test)

What does 'weakening' mean? Is it something that can be helped, or maybe curbed?

Pleasantly warm here today. I am wondering if I might venture across to the shops for the first time in 36 days. The nurse is coming to do my bloods at my house, which is very kind. She is coming on Thursday because my tests are overdue. Then next week I see the orthopaedic consultant again. I do hope it shows an improvement in my foot.

There's thunder storms forecast here for tomorrow. We might miss the worst If we're lucky.
We went to Dunelm this morning and bought a few pillows and other things then to Able world. My wife bought a walker, better than getting around on crutches. It's a bit heavy for getting in and out of the car but I can just about manage it.

If I do venture to a supermarket I always use the small trolly just for leaning on otherwise it is impossible to get round even the smallest M&S here. The Blue Badge is a boon. Weather cloudy and windy and rain tonight.

Hi Tootsy, my wife usually sits in the car while I'm in M&S. She tells me what she wants. She does come inside sometimes, not often. She loved looking around Dunelm today, I came out with my arms full. We were there when it was quiet, I doubt she would have gone inside if it was busy.
