The payment of the winter fuel allowance only to those on pension credit may be worthy in one way.
However, those just scraping by who aren't eligible (plus another group too proud to apply) would likely be actually worse off simply because of all the additional payments added on to pension credit 😔

We've had fortnightly collections for ages here. I sometimes go a month before there's enough rubbish to put the bin out.
If it looks as if it's getting a bit full and I have a few days to go, I put the bit I have into a small bag and put it into the bin in the street.
