Up to their necks in **it? Competitors in a triathlon have told the BBC they have suffered from vomiting and diarrhoea after swimming in the River Thames. Rebecca Norman, from Reading, said she had to go to A&E after feeling sick 24 hours after the Royal Windsor Triathlon on Sunday. The Thames was clean until we were conned into Brexit , now there are no rules for clean waters.

We visited Grimsby some years ago, specifically to see the fishing industry in action and couldn't believe, most of the yards were empty and boarded up 🫤
I hope you're wrong about the Princess of Wales Rik. Please God she is overcoming this illness though I suspect the ongoing treatment is far from pleasant and maybe it's those effects we are seeing.

If patients on the NHS are signing waivers how come we are forking out sums like this?
[What is the average payout for NHS negligence compensation? According to the NHS Resolution, the body for resolving disputes, the NHS paid out £2.6 billion in clinical negligence compensation for the period 2022/23. In 2021/22 the NHS paid out £2.4 billion.]

Rikki that's a consent form you signed. A waiver would be you agreeing not to sue them even if they chopped the wrong leg off or let a junior doctor lose on your kidneys resulting in you losing one. They are good, but not blameless. Look at all the babies that have died at the Countess of Shrewsbury Hospital through sheer incompetence and bad staff.
