They're crapping themselves that the EU elections will take place. I forecast a landslide for Independent MEP candidates.

We have Farage all over the TV again today, thought we had moved on His big news is that Rees Smug's sister has joined his new Brexit party, pity she hasn't taken her brother with her although I suspect that all these hard right Tories will soon follow. Good riddance Farage complaining about the elite not knowing or caring about the concerns of ordinary people, then wheeling on Rees-Mogg's sister as a candidate. Also complaining about career politicians, when he's spent 20 years in the EU Parliament doing bugger all but still taking all he could get.

Farage refused to accept that the percentage votes of the Greens and LibDems was higher than his Brexit party vote, ie more voted to remain than leave The man is clearly deluded, he imagines that he has changed the face of British politics, he should be locked up

Naturally he has benefited from protest votes but they'll dwindle rapidly.

Farage believes what he wants to believe. He is delusional if he really, truly believes he could win a GE. I said 'he' deliberately there as he has no party. He has no policies beyone leaveing the EU - that's the EU that has kept him very comfortable for too many years! He won't be able to negotiate with the EU as they have treated him as a joke for as long as I can remember. The protest vote, that is what it was IMHO, will fall away very soon.

Likewise, hopefully, the rest of the racist misogynist xenophobes who have spread so many lies about so called benefits of leaving the EU - Farage included will face prosecution

And Labour are flip flopping, maybe leave, maybe stay, maybe have another referendum, maybe not. Might ask conference whenever that is Corbyn is useless, we desperately need an effective opposition to shut the extreme right up once and for all Bring back New Labour, I say

New Labour were just Tories undr another name. Blair lie so many times we all lost count. I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him and allegedly he is funding Change UK. Troublemakers supreme!
Living in Scotland we have the choice of who to vote for if we want to remain - no brainer as far as I al concerned, SNP every time. They haven't changed their stance from the beginning of this brexit fiasco.

The only mistake Tony made was being persuaded to take part in the unpopular Iraq war but although I marched against that I now think he was right. Iraq today is a better place than it was under Sadam Everything else was excellent, more investment in education and the NHS, reductions in poverty and child poverty, and a movement towards a more equal society. They achieved more for ordinary folk than any other Labour government has done
