Lovely day yesterday once the mist lifted. Looks like it rained overnight again but the sun is out now, hopefully another good day.

Lovely day. My gardener friend came to sweep my leaves and saw the seized padlock off my shed. I bought a new padlock with a cover on the keyhole to keep away rust. I'm in my kaftan today because I'm determinedly recovering from the Lurgy. Coughing, gasping etc. No point in half clearing the passages if the cold air will dry them up before they finish clearing.
I have lots of books. No appetite.

I had a bad night last night too, coughing all the time, one of those dry tickly coughs. Seems better in the day then starts up again when I go to bed.

I definitely made the most of a lovely day. I took his nobs out early, then I went to Mold for a couple of hours.
The market was in full swing. Everyone was smiling, it was such a treat to be out.
The big storm is coming tonight, so there's no knowing when the good weather will return.

It's a miserable depressing day, looking back at this time of year we would be out looking for wood for the bonfire. Maybe looking for field mushrooms too.

The sun has broken through for a short time here. The wind is still fierce though. Nigel took his nibs out, which was a relief for me.
I really didn't fancy fighting the wind today. I have washed my hair, which makes it look wild and the wind would have made me look like mad Mary.

Sky is still grey, no sight of the sun. Pretty gusty here too, masses of leaves in the garden already. Wouldn’t mind but the trees are in the little park behind us.

The board has been down since yesterday. Hopefully the glitch is gone now. Still windy here but not quite as bad as yesterday. We have a few trees down in places though.
