I love that Marigold hotel show. They have a very equal crowd this time. Lionel Blair has been very honest as has Dennis Taylor. Miriam Stoppard does look like something out of a Hammer horror film but has been a good sport.

I started off not liking Sheila Fergusson but now I feel desperately sorry for her.

I feel the same about her,Arena. At first I thought she was one of those "Do you know who I am!" type of people.

Yes, she comes over as a normal person. Sad and lonely in many ways.

As are so many elderly people who have lost their partners.

Do any of you like subtitled crime drama? I love 'em. The Team is on at the mo - another Walter Presents...not as gripping as The Bridge/Killing (or best of all Deutschland 84) but still an enjoyable hour solving gory murders!

Line of Duty anyone? A nice bit of Sunday evening gore 😁 Stretches credibility but some good gasp moments! Not sure who balaclava man is though...

I'm still recuperating from the emotional trauma of Taboo. I prefer reading a good story usually.

Decline and Fall. Best comedy drama for AGES! Up there with Blandings, Ripping Yarns and Blott on the Landscape. David Suchet was superb 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

I think it was you who recommended it in the first place. Yes I did recommend them. I think the second series is not as good as the first by a long chalk, hubby and I have decided if there is a third one we won't bother with it. It does help knowing the background of the characters from the first series as it is assumed you know. So if you haven't seen the first series I wouldn't bother with this one Maris. 🙂

Thank you Norty. To be honest, there are so many programmes recorded on our box (72% full) mostly mine, I hasten to add! I get moaned at constantly as I record something else... "When are you going to watch all this lot??" "I will,I will..." (fingers crossed behind back)
