This is just sour grapes from both of you. Who is in charge? Teresa may and her appointments I think show courage and a lot of shrewdness.
Compare that with some minor trade union withdrawing their funding from the three Labour MP's in Bristol who voted against Corbyn in the vote of no confidence. That is just spite, and we also have bricks through windows and baying mobs intimidating their own MP's. The labour party is rapidly imploding and I for one am sorry about that. Not because I am a supporter but because for true democracy you need a strong opposition. At the moment the opposition are totally ineffectual.
But we still have the whinging from the snots fair brigade and are constantly told that the only reason people voted to leave the EU was because they were lied to. That is bollocks

I have been out most of the morning so catching up and it's obvious to me that May's cabinet has been chosen carefully with no appointments for-old-times-sake ....thank goodness.
It's a cabinet with its eye on the future which - have to remind you folks - is going to be without many of the constraints of the EU. I felt pleased reading the list.
We can now take a wider look at the world and I think Boris will be good at that. You need someone who will be 'out there' - not a grey suit!
I wonder that all those still refusing to climb on board realise how negative that is and a barrier to success.
I am glad that TM has said she intends to make Brexit work. So should we.

I se they are now discussing what Brexit means, nobody seems to know. Some talk of Brexit "lite" I suspect that at the end of the day there will be the usual fudge, I wouldn't mind betting that we will appear to leave the EU but actually remain some kind of member - an associate member or some such. And I bet it will cost us even more than it has to date

I know I keep saying this, but it is the most ridiculous state of affairs, for the government (Cameron actally,et al) never to have given a mere thought to the fact that the vote might go the other way (as it was pretty much 50/50 all along).
They have actually given their successors a tougher job. And before anyone says Gove/Boris should've done that...they were not in a position of power to do so. Both sides were just people with opinions...with remain it was simply a matter of carry on. With leave, a plan was needed...and it's those with power that need to construct it. The fact that Cameron ducked that responsibility is immaterial. He was in the driving seat.
Fudge? I do believe that May wants this to succeed whereas many remain voters just seem to be hoping it will fail. Isn't that the most negative standpoint oif all?
A good deal for Britain is what we should all want. I can't think we were getting a brilliant one before...
Even a Remain voter (like myself) surely would concede that remaining was not all good...the same as Leaving is not all bad. Get on board, I say!

I think we all need to face up to the new reality - whether one voted to remain or to leave - the majority of those who voted opted to leave. The hissy fit from Juncker the day after the result rather said it all: an unelected Eurocrat trying to dictate what we should do. All signatories to the Lisbon Treaty accepted that, should a country wish to leave, they, alone, should trigger the date from which formal discussions should take place. It is not for some disaffected, unelected person to tell us what, and when to start the process. I hope that the significant changes to the Cabinet as a result of Theresa May's decisions will reap rewards. It may not all be the sunny uplands that the Brexiteers would have had us believe, but we can negotiate our way through the problems that face us. And never let us forget that there are many other countries within the EU that are less than enthusiastic about the "direction of travel" ie more Federalisation. As was once said, these are "interesting times".

Going back to Boris...even if some of us don't like him, we mustn't overlook the fact that the bloke has charism..no denying it. Didn't half the party want him as PM?
So, let's not be that daft, but honestly, if he can lay on the charm and lay off the jokes a bit, I can see him doing well on the world stage. He'll be getting invitations to come over!
And fancy TM giving a job to Andrea I'm-a-mother Leadsom! Environment for heaven's sake....
