Some of the boys who went to Syria have come back quietly and I'm quite sure they played an active part in the killings and violence. This girl did not. She was a victim of idealism and propaganda. I was angry with her at first, but I realise she was just a pawn in a horrible event. For some reason society is always more judgemental of females than males.

Civilisation must be protected from security risks You might as well argue that we should have welcomed the German army here as we are civilised

Civilisation must be protected from security risks You might as well argue that we should have welcomed the German army here as we are civilised Oh no it isn't... We managed to do that on our own - The Tractor Factory near Here is an assembly Shop for our European Makers. We (UK) spec £'ssssssss on getting German industry working so that Volkswagen can fiddle their exhaust test results so that they can sell their Fixed cars to us to have our money. I have worked on several jobs that included funding our competitors (Rhur Valley was one of the Large Power Stations that I was inviolved in). UK squandered our money on all those Eurostar Sleeper sets FROM GERMANY (Was it £23million for each 16 car - four sets of four for destinations in each train but I can't remember how many UK had to pay for - 29 trains rings a bell) which were thgen halted beyond paris, so cot more to have them exported to a breaker that could cut them up.
We can squiander money withour Help from ISIS. We could Keep the Monies for our own Security.

That's a thing the Tories always do when they have something go against them: you notice it's not a challenge of the ruling, just introducing a further way of stopping it getting to the court in the first place. If he wants to take away legal aid for because of this then he can't have much faith in the strength of his case.
That would be a bit Kafka-esque though: stopping legal aid for someone wanting to appeal a decision to remove their British citizenship on the grounds that they're not a British citizen.

I am by no means a Tory supporter when they have swung to the hard right but I have to agree with them on this Why should the tax payer fund legal costs for a woman who has declared herself to be the enemy of the said tax payer

I have not seen what the PM has said, but it seems that all He could do is to bring his opinion into Parliament to approve or not. (or am I wrong).
I'm afraid that I'm not convinced that our leader is actually a good enough orator to actually explain what/why/how actually makes its way to being made plane.
Yes, I know that He has had Corowotsit, so may not elucidate carfully what He intends. but... the Court has already made its decision, so How can his post-court influence their decision...?

The Government isn't above the law. They've tried this sort of thing before, Jimmy (yes, and I can't think of any examples just now); but if the Government could do what it liked we'd have fascism.

We pretty well do have already The point is that the government makes the law, the courts apply it

I'm a bit out-of-date on the Electoral rules as to what The Repesentation of The People allow the Government to support new laws - I believe that The rules may have changed (again) since we left the EU, as instructed by The People.

That's true.
But we're not going to agree on this Jimmy; I'm leaving off it now and getting back to my usual posts about obscure porn stars and Japanese pop.

Because we live in a democracy, we do have the right to have differing opinions.
