Morning all: Heavy rain has now subsided thankfully, they say we are in for a scorcher this week. I hope they have got it right.

I usually crack the hard boiled egg a few times then immerse it in cold water. The shell comes off without ripping away the egg.......usually.

Another sleepless night so - good morning to you!
Re hard boiled eggs, I usually give the egg a little roll on the chopping board to break the shell. Then remove the shell.

Morning everybody, overcast but warm See rain forecast later for the opening day of Glastonbury, hope they don't have a mud bath today and a heatwave rest of the week Never fancied going, like my creature comforts too much

Morning all: Was it just that it was overcast or is it the the nights are already drawing in. Still, enjoy the heatwave while it lasts.

That's the advice for anybody "elderly". Do we need that advice, I find when it is so hot it is exhausting and better to try and find somewhere cool Very warm here at the moment though overcast and with 50mph winds racing by
