Should you wash raw chicken?
You shouldn’t wash raw chicken or any other raw poultry or meat. There is a considerable risk of spreading bacteria around food preparation areas and onto you. Cooking thoroughly will ensure any bacteria present will be killed. (BBC Goodfood)

Here's one, when making tomato based pasta sauce, add a tiny bit of milk when seasoning. Definitely enhances the flavour.

My most used food tip is - a pinch of salt in a sweet dish, a pinch of sugar in a savoury one.

Baxters soup is dead good. I used to get it for dinner when I was working near(ish) a Sainsburys. I think Spicy Parsnip was my favourite.
