Well, a better selection of first-dance offerings than in recent years eh? All did well. Rinder is a bit of a party animal isn't he?😁
I don't know about Len, Gus...last night I felt a bit bored with all of the judges. Great programme but they are getting so predictable. Anyway, that's how I felt...

What was it with the scores?  Those who danced last night suffered from tonight's over marking! Will Young and those trousers! I was in Florence earlier in the year and saw many fashionable Italian men wearing similar...and looking equally ridiculous! Loved Ote and Mr Hollyoaks cha cha - Daisy and Alijaz deserved to be top...beautiful 😄 |

Will Youngs trousers were funny, like Tweedle Dumb or Dee trousers, they made him look quite round at his waist. Good dancing though. Laughed out loud with Craig's line about ironing boards having more movement.
Why does Louise Rednap wear sacks? The last time it was grey and tonight red!

We've seen them all now and unless Ed Balls has garnered himself a substantial following he will be off first. His dancing was adequate but nothing to get excited about. If he doesn't go we could well see him going on a 'journey'  and improving out of sight..(?) .Didn't Darren Gough do that and go on to win? (Course Colin Jackson was robbed that year... I can't believe his losing was all down to rubbish choreography from Erin for just one dance) I must get over that... Why do the BBC continue with this farce of pretending the results show is 'live' ? Ridiculous..they're at it again!
Though I will be tuned in tonight and loving it...wonder who I'll end up voting for?
Some people vote for their favourite, regardless whether they danced well or not (which is how I think Jay won last year )...me, I vote for who impresses.

I agree,marispiper about the farce of pretending the results show is live...I can't see it changing though...it is an irritant every year. You always get someone referring to 'tonight' on the 'Sunday' programme. I'll be voting for who I like the most. I knew one of the contestants one year but didn't vote for him because there were others I preferred. I'm a firm believer in the best one should win..although that is always,of course, a matter of taste. I thought Jay was fabulous last year ..a deserved winner. His jive was absolutely fantastic. |

Ed because that dance was fun
Rinder because he IS a good dancer...routine was ambitious too. I read his grandfather is a Holocaust survivor!
Anastacia - I thought she deserves to stay - you could tell by the training clip that she had nailed it but couldn't deliver tonight, poor thing.
Actually, Brendan is a very supportive pro, isn't he...has been for all his ladies.
Fears for Naga and Melvin 😟
And why did she wear that awful wig covering her cute face?

I went to sign in with my existing ID ,marispiper, and they wanted more information this year so I didn't bother
.
I don't know how many you can vote for now ...they changed it I think ,but I would have voted for Ed first and foremost as I really enjoyed his dance and was better than some of the others. I loved Danny again and Louise...but what was she wearing?? ..the front of the dress was awful. Temeka was fabulous again...she is a born dancer. Also enjoyed Ore,Claudia and Naga..
Perhaps Melvin to go??.
