I loved John Curry.

Love Agatha's stories, had her complete collection once and used to regularly reread them to admire the way they were crafted. Apparently she used to write the first and last chapters first, and then fill in the middle. She knew where she was starting and wanted to finish this way

The programme was subsequently shown

Brian Matthew (born 17 September 1928)[citation needed] is an English broadcaster, who became well known in the 1960s. He is still broadcasting on radio for the BBC, having presented Sounds of the '60s since 1990, often employing the same vocabulary and the same measured delivery he used in previous decades. Have just listened to SOTS

Others include Dinah Sheridan Reg Marsh Toni Palmer Only started acting once he retired from his job as a draughtsman. A role he had the year before Are You Being Served? was in a sex comedy called Games That Lovers Play aka Lady Chatterley vs Fanny Hill (in which Joanna Lumley "gets 'em oot for the lads" for several seconds, at least), a film that also featured Jeremy Lloyd (writer of AYBS?) and Penny Brahms. Also Richard Wattis, as a brothel client with an unusual kink (that turns out not to be that unusual at all, though quite alarming, given the parts he usually played). It's an ok film, but pretty dull.

He had a penchant for very young boys. A story was due to come out about him and Maggie Thatcher put a D notice on it,so the press couldn't publish it. Maggie helped him off to Europe out of the way. My aunt and Uncle were going to buy his house in Yorkshire at the time, but they decided against it.

Was it coincidence that he died when facing allegations as did Greville Janner who was also facing allegations Makes you wonder
