Helen Beatrix Potter (28 July 1866 – 22 December 1943) was an English author, illustrator, natural scientist and conservationist best known for her imaginative children’s books featuring animals such as those in The Tale of Peter Rabbit which celebrated the British landscape and country life.
Well remembered Gus. SaveI've seen the word Save at the bottom of a couple of posts and wonder what it means. |

I loved Terry Wogan. I listened to him every day when he was on Radio Two in the mornings.
Because he was "in my house" every day,I felt as though I knew him.

One of those chosen to play Miss Marple, none came up to Margaret Rutherford in the 4.50 from Paddington movie IMO
