Following an online petition, signed by 50,288 of us over a six month period, parliament will debate banning the sale of fireworks to the general public on 9th December this year. If the past responses of various governments are anything to go by, I'm not feeling too hopeful.

If the past responses of various governments are anything to go by, I'm not feeling too hopeful. I too have been on about them. Mostly for animal welfare. I wonder how many 'cars equivalent' are polluting the air needlessly , all over the world. |
