Very concerning. The river here was clean enough for salmon about 10 years ago and now I wouldn't trust it. It's not just infrastructure, farmers are regularly polluting rivers up and down the country. I think it went to pot in the pandemic because they thought nobody was watching.
Overall the govt have been so single minded about other things -obsessional some would say - that they have ignored the ordinary business of running a country and not put enough emphasis on these types of issues.

Just had a parcel delivered , the contents came from the UK, I had to pay 10 euros import duty. The postie shrugged her shoulders and said It's Brexit.
We never got a vote.
