Sorry, just saw this. I think I would like Gordon Ramsey to cook for me. Maybe, Paul Hollywood , of the piercing blue eyes, but I wouldn't be able to eat anything with him around.

Marcus Waring. Watched his programmes from his home and then his shorter Christmas series.
No, wait, Nigel Slater. I could listen to him all day plus I have all of his diary books. I just love his writing.
If neither of them were available, Tom Kerridge.

I really like Tom Kerridge. I once watched Marcus Waring make his version of Eton Mess. It bore no resemblance to the original dish and he put far too much lavender! in it.

All the men love Nigella and I can understand why. Me too, I still have one or two of her Christmas specials on the planner and will still watch her series when they are repeated. Oh, and yes, I do have a few of her books ðŸ¤

I have a few Nigella cookbooks too and some of the recipes are great and easy to make.
