You used to be able to send a secure message on line but Barclaycard in their wisdom because of the current crisis have suspended this facility and you now have to contact them by phone. Everybody else has gone the opposite way Someone is trying to fraudulently use my card, so I have to report it. I was on hold for 40 minutes this morning until the phone just cut off So I have no way of stopping the card, and the fraudster can take whatever he wants Barclaycard CEO has had a terse email from me

You've taken notes of when you called and how long you waited, etc? That's bad, though.

Do you also Bank at Barclays? Could you contact them (though not at this time of night). Have you also e-mailed Barclaycard?
(Ok, I no longer Bank there, or Hold a Barclaycard, but my data could have well-been supersceeded.).

Their stated contact email isn't valid so that was no good However on line I found a service called Resolva, who deal with all financial problems (recommended by Martin Roberts which gives it some credence) and they have taken my case on Watch this space !!!!
