I miss my medics, following two operations for cancer they regularly scan me and see me to confirm that all is well which is very reassuring. After a cancer experience ever little pain is a worry - has it returned etc so missing the appointments is a concern
Family and friends we can keep in touch with by Face ache or Skype which has one advantage - you can terminate the conversation at your choice
