Seems to be the fashion these days to express grief and anger in public Currently it's the parents of the girl who was murdered in New Zealand appearing on out TVs, recently it was the parents of the boy killed on his motor bike by the American woman who fled Their grief is understandable but do we need to see them weeping and sharing their loss

The reporters photographed them coming out of a trial where they had had to sit through harrowing evidence about their beautiful daughter. It's no wonder they were crying and I expect some of it was down to relief that justice had been done. I do understand your point, jimmy. There is far too much emotion on public view these days, but I do think those parents weren't just crying for the cameras. Sometimes you see people leaving flowers at an accident site and they are fine until they see the cameras. Then they sob and swoon.

I'm not suggesting that their tears were put on for the camera, my point is the grief that is shown in public Look at the difference between the philosophy put out by William and Harry, and their grandmother
