The medical profession is now telling us that butter and fatty meats aren't really bad for us after all. It seems that all the things the experts tell us turn out to be the opposite in the next bit of research

We've never gone in for low fat spreads and such like.
Like StarL says if you don't over do it, do it.

Because of my medical condition I cannot eat brussels sprouts/cabbage etc. in fact the famous 5 a day could kill me.

It's not so long since doctors would hand out diet sheets that said you shouldn't eat more than two whole eggs a week - that's history now! Not that I ever took a blind bit of notice of it.
