It really was,jimmy,but it was wise to do it when we did.OH had to give up his licence and I hadn't driven since the 70s(I've no wish to start again). We only moved a couple of miles up the road,but we are in a town here. Our old house was out in the countryside. I can walk to the shops,the doctor's and the dentist easily. I didn't take to town living at all at first,but I'm used to it now.

This Fuschia is called Ballerina,quite common but very pretty.

I have never ever seen our magnolia come into leaf whilst some flowers are still there, usually the flowers have long gone before the leaves appear. It could be that a new bungalow has been built on our on our North East border which provides shelter from the winter winds, or is it a sign of something else
