I thought I would start posting a few photos. Many of them will be from my garden. My "Grace" rose is covered in blooms right now.

I've just downloaded three films called Lily - what a nice coincidence.
Ok - they were Lily (2013), Lili (1997), and La petite Lili (2003).
Good pics though.

This is a particular favourite of mine, although it lasts a very short time. It is called Rhapsody in Blue, which incidentally is also the name of my favourite piece of music.

This Azalea was given to me for Mothers' Day about 15 years ago. It was tiny in a basket. I planted it out and it has grown year on year. It's really spectacular when it's in flower.

Poppies in our garden

I love Poppies. My neighbour has a huge drift of them and kindly gave me a root last year. I dug it in and it was just starting to sprout when my OH decided to "tidy" the border where I planted it. He dug it out and threw it away. I didn't realise until there were no shoots showing.OH admitted he had got rid of all the "rubbish" in that border. I could have throttled him.

This is a Harry Wheatcroft rose. Many of you may remember Harry. He was a very colourful character who grew spectacular roses. He had a handlebar moustache and wore very loud checked suits.

Although this looks like the deck of a ship,it's actually at the Trafford shopping centre in Manchester.

Another photo from The Trafford centre. That red stone IS real marble. It seems money is no object there.
