Windows 10 is about to alter your on-screen.
You will be offered some innovations , most of which are unnecessary .

All my layout and colours have changed. The background is black and the type white. I suppose I'll get use to it.

Anybody, you can change your settings to how you want them. Windows 10 is huge now. It is fine on my two desk comps, but it is no good on my little netbook. I have had to cancel updates on that. I don't use it much though. I have Paint Shop Pro,so I don't need all the creative software Windows 10 keeps adding. I delete most of it.

My last Windows update got upset because I refused one of their latest innovation - Voice recognition. How does that work if you have a sore throat or cold, you could be locked out

I had that option too. I believe once you click on the voice recognition it takes away over options and you cant go back and delete that update. Best to stay put.

I don't use voice recognition either.I also don't let Cortana speak to me. I go on my computer for some peace and quiet.
