I honestly heard this conversation on a bus. I was sitting behind a young man and woman who were sitting together.
She: I wish I had three grand. I rang up and that's how much it would be to get bigger boobs.
He: Well, how much have you have you got?
She: I've managed to save fifteen hundred.
He: Couldn't you get one done now and the other when you've saved up the rest of the money?

maris, I have walked past the shop many times and not gone in. I would be devastated if they didn't get the eyebrows perfectly symmetrical.
So,I think about it, but will probably chicken out.

Thank you for the info,maris. You know what,I think I'll struggle on a little longer with my pencil. That's what I do. I use a blonde one - I keep it sharp and use short feathery strokes. A bit of powder to set and voilà! We are worth the effort xx |

Put Ryanair in.
About five years ago, I was stranded at Rome airport overnight as they cancelled the flight without warning. Speaking to ground staff, I was surprised to learn this happened regularly and the bloke said to me "Take my tip - fly BA" and to this day, I have.
I was listening to one of their pilots today. No wonder they are leaving in droves...they have to pay €300 euros for interview in Dublin, €29,000 for Ryanair's own flying course, Zero hours contract, no pay during turnround time, pay for your own water/coffee airside...
Ryanair deserve to founder and I think they will.

Think you will find that these are standard conditions for the cheap airlines trainee pilots.There was a TV documentary recently about trainees, I think EasyJet, and they were queueing up to pat such fees - or Mummy and Daddy were. Turnround seems to be 25 minutes, again to keep costs down BA are heading in the same direction, hence the current dispute with their staff |

I fly regularly with several different airlines and most of them these days are alike in their terms. There are but a few now that cater for meals in flight. They make more money on the snacks and drinks.

Put the BBC in and replace them with a service that reports the news without making value judgements about it.
And, without reporters who are more interested in raising their own profile than just giving us the unbiased facts.
Let us make our own minds up about events and stop trying to tell us what we think.

My pet hate is the adverts on TV that have nothing to do with the product.
In fact they seem designed to put me off what they are advertising.
Go Compare is one and Money supermarket is another.
What a stupid dancing blue skeleton has to do with insurance I can't understand
