Dermot O'Leary. What does he do? Doesn't sing, doesn't dance, not funny. His radio show on Saturday is most depressing, and why on earth they ask him to present awards programmes is beyond me. He has no personality whatsoever.

These performers live on easy street and yet they feel the constant need to be rewarded for their (often feeble) efforts. It's not like they are saving lives or going down the mines.  |

I don't mind any of these people, even if I never watch them; entertainment (by which I mean all art) is important - worthless but also priceless.

I don't easily get riled up but when I see that smirking face of Nick Knowles in a magazine or newspaper i get the urge to smack his face.

Old age. I wonder what everyone considers what age is appropriate to call someone as old age these days. I would imagine anyone over 75.

I might have gone on about this already because it bugs me a lot, but,
Those Youtube videos of people giving a monologue that are full of small edits, because whoever it was would rather spend time on editing than rehearsing their script. (Or maybe because they think it looks better like that.) (It doesn't.)

SCIENTISTS.
Throughout my life they have told me things that are certain , only to refute them later. Today's example.
You can eat green potatoes, mouldy bread and eggs a month out of date! Millions of tons of food are being wasted because of Best Before paranoia, says top food scientists.

Matt Allwright did a TV show where he lived on out of date food, well out of date. I remember the minced beef was black but he cooked and ate it It all had no effect on him at all |
