Leonora Fani (born 18 February 1954) is an Italian former film actress. Only in a handful of films, of which Giallo a Venezia (1979) or Néne are possibly the most notorious (I probably would not have watched the first had I read about it beforehand, though it's not as bad as the write-ups make it seem), and the best (for me at any rate), Pension Paura (Hotel Fear), which is truly great, and should be better known. It is a minor tragedy - in film terms - that no one thought, back in the 70s, to make a film of Algernon Blackwood's story Ancient Sorceries; she would have been perfect as the inn-keeper's daughter who tries to entice the traveller to stay in the village with all the other were-cats - and in the film she would have succeeded as well: because who would not have stayed with her? Thinking of foreign actors I always enjoy watching Daniel Auteuil especially in Jean de Florette,Manon des Sources and Romuald et Juliette Daniel Auteuil; born 24 January 1950) is a French actor and director who has appeared in a wide range of film genres, including period dramas, romantic comedies, and crime thrillers. In 1996, he won the Best Actor Award at the Cannes Film Festival together with Belgian actor Pascal Duquenne. He is also the winner of two César Award for Best Actor, one in 1987 as Ugolin Soubeyran in Jean de Florette and Manon des Sources and another one for his role in Girl on the Bridge. For his role in Jean de Florette, he also won the BAFTA Award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role.[2] Auteuil is considered one of France's most respected actors.  |

My likes are much more conventional. I would seek out any movie with Mat Damon, Tom Hanks, Daniel Craig, Ian McKellen, Morgan Freeman, Bruce Willis, John Malcovich, Brad Pitt
Helen Mirren, Kate Beckinsale, Cate Blanchett, Judi Dench, Jodie Foster, Angelina, Marilyn, Judy Garland
