We are, Every new school year I own up to my class (and their parents) that I'm dyslexic. It takes the pressure off me enormously, and often parents then own up that they aren't great spellers either. If When I struggle with any words in class, we have a inter table dictionary challenge to see who can find the word first and how to spell it. They have no idea what a valuable thing it is that they're learning.

Well done indeed. Norty went through a uni. course in teaching. No mean feat! Thank you, I did a 1 year access course, followed by a 4 year degree in English and Scottish Literature. Then to top it off the following year I did a PGDE or a Professional Graduate Diploma in Education. I started all this when I was 40. Computers have been my Godsend and saviour as without them I wouldn't have been able to write or for my lecturers to read my assignments. Spellcheck is my best friend.. ;D (if I remember)
