Freedom of my city as it happens.
I think I heard him say that he has the right to graze his sheep on the downs.
Poo bags would be required of course otherwise the poo police will have him.

I understand Freemen of the City of London have the right to drive sheep across London Bridge, which would make them popular with car, bus and lorry drivers...
