How's the weather where you are?
It's raining cats and dogs here but not too windy.

Everything is white here, as the days are sunny. By midday the old currant should be shining again.........

I'm sat overlooking the Bristol waterfront and the sound of the wind whistling through the rigging out there is pretty loud. Every time I've been outdoors today my jacket's become soaked. A shower runs off suede but this stuff has impetus.

Wind has died down here (those damned sprouts!) it was a horrendous night but now it is just p'ing down. Not exactly Christmas weather but that's not a problem.
Wishing everyone a happy and peaceful festive season, cheers, Star

Lost felt off a big shed roof over the last few days, and the shed houses all my better carpentry and power tools. Lucky I think I did not lose the shed!
I have new felt, but the weather is so foul that it is impossible to lay it until we get a break, so the old felt has been held down with timber and rocks, Provence style.
Bit like the sheep, none of us are going to feel much better until we get a bit of sun on our backs.

We've been battered with wind and rain. Part of the garden fence has been blown down. I shall have to get my little man in (MrG) to fix it. Once the rain stops.
