She called her version Denis, Denis. The real version was recorded by many groups. My copy is by Randy and the Rainbows. Sorry about that. I'll post another. We can work it out.

Beatles. Now you've gone to the other extreme A! I will have to check out Denise on YouTube. Funny how some records pass one person by yet become another's favourite, eh? I used to listen to Jack Jackson on the wireless - he often played stuff you'd never hear in other places.
Now I have a lyric for you... title and whose hit? (easy 😊)
... there's not a cloud to spoil the view

Easy again Yester me Yester You Yesterday - Stevie Wonder 👍 I'm a fan!
Now this is from one is one of those 'story' records from the early 60s...
Some day we'll go down to the village in the valley Then you'll meet a nice young man, he'll ask for your hand, then you'll be happy.

Your clue sounds like it could be something by Nana Mouscouri. SP? If it is ,I have no idea, as I was never a fan. Anyway, don't be a meanie give us the title.

I play Stevie Wonder's hits at least once every day. I love his music. Me too! I have several LPs of his - and have the same CDs as I haven't anything to play my (hundreds) of records on! What's your favourite? Do you actually play CDs/records or do you have Spotify?

Nana Mouscouri! That's a laugh 😆
No - it's a line from Swiss Maid by Del Shannon. Maybe a bit too obscure, eh.
Your turn - title or lyric.

Oh, I thought I knew all Del Shannon's records. I play music on my computer, my CDs and tapes on my music centre. I have music wherever I go. Despite my son recommending Spotify, I also get a lot of music on Youtube.

Del Shannon.
I loved Robert Palmer, and not just because he came from Yorkshire. I love to see a man all buttoned down in a shirt and tie. It makes you think they are civilised until they take their ties off and unbutton their shirts.
Don't let me be misunderstood.
