Likewise. I was all prepared to go to bed lastnight, an hour before my usual time.

We reset our Sony bedside clock radio but it reset itself during the night Lying there thinking it's very light for this new time of day until one of us checked our watches and realised we were an hour late I think I remember the Sony has a built in reset itself for BST

My body clock takes days to reset itself. It reminds me of when we had the dogs, they didn't understand and I had to change their meal time by increments until it was the right time for them.

I'm always up at 4am, it's a life time habit. One year we decided on Crete for our holiday. We were out with friends until about 2am, then retired to bed until at 4am a rooster very close started his cock a doodle do. That happened every morning, every time I hear a rooster now it reminds me of that week in Crete.
