I'm not sure about the new Endeavour. Perhaps they needed a shake up from the usual scripts but this is a radical departure which is a bit uncomfortable to watch,

THey've been showing Cribb on Talking pictures for a few weeks now. I can't say I was a fan of that though.

Hey! They're all - I think all - on Youtube!
We used to watch it before going out to look for empty houses to squat, before we got this place (a couple of days before we were due to be kicked out - the bailiffs came to see us off). Then when we got back we'd watch Marmalade - I checked the dates - Marmalade was on in autumn 1982, which was when we'd have been looking for a place.
If you don't remember Marmalade:
Very fondly remembered, but I don't think it's been shown since.

I have watched Gideon's Way on Talking Pictures.I think I have seen them all and I have enjoyed them. I play "identify the actor" as the plot goes on.

I stopped watching Midsummer Murders long ago, although it is well produced and the stories are good. I recently watched one with Neil Dudgeon in it (I like him) and noticed the actress playing his wife was Fiona Dolman. I know her from somewhere, but I'll be blowed if I can remember where.Does anyone know what she used to in regularly?

Sadly,Charlotte Colman died in her early thirties. It was an asthma attack. It made me aware of always carrying my inhaler.

One programme I don't like to miss,is Call the Midwife. It has been interesting seeing how times have changed and I find all the characters likeable. It's easy viewing. I'm all for the easy life at the moment.
