They're both Canadian.
The second is from an ongoing BBC International series (even though it's made by Canadians), the first is from a werewolf film made in the 90s.

And, of course, the woman in the second picture (Alison, from Orphan Black) lives in the fictional town/suburb of Bailey Downs, just as the Fitzgerald sisters (in the first picture) do (and both works were created by John Fawcett).
