A sad loss, he was a wonderfully funny man. I saw him several times in the theatre and he held the audience in the palm of his hand. He had a long life doing something he loved and still had a tour planned for this year. RIP Sir Ken

Former Labour cabinet minister Dame Tessa Jowell has died aged 70, her family has said. Dame Tessa, who was diagnosed with brain cancer in May last year, suffered a haemorrhage on Friday, and had been in a coma until her death on Saturday.
