Elephants have trouble with the heat and dehydration.Their ears are large and thin so the blood can be cooled by flapping them. Their bodies also carry a reservoir of 5 litres of water to cool them in a crisis .This is accessed by sticking their trunks down their throats ans siphoning it.

"Tewel" is an old word for Anus, from the old French Tueil, meaning pipe or tube.
It is also a word for the hole at the top of a pie, put in to let the steam out. So, Pie Anus.
