When I lived in Cornwall, I used to like to hear the hairy-arsed lorriy drivers on the quays addressing one another as 'my bird', 'my lover' and 'my 'andsome'...
Anyhoo, having tortuously worked our way to the Cornish pastie (long 'a', of course) I had better set one.
