I hope you are all well and apologies for not calling sooner but have had computer troubles and lost a lot of my files. It was Sandy who contacted me because she tells me Rondetto noticed I had not been posting for a while but with being in hospital and the ruddy computer going up the spout it has been a bit of a stressful time. Anyway it is nice to be missed even if I can be a pain in the butt at times. I hope your weather is good because it has been ruddy awful here. Many folks are tanned but its rust I think from the blasted never ending rain. Having said that it isnt too bad out at the moment even though the sun is not around. Best wishes to all.

Nice to see you back May, we missed you I had computer problems a while ago and lost a lot of stuff, it was a virus. The advice then was to back up often which I hadn't done thinking "It can't happen to me" so from then till now I have backed up. Bought an external hard drive, just plug it in and select the back up option on the computer and it does it, I believe you can even back up into a Cloud

Good to see you back May, I look forward to your posts, always interesting. I hope your hospital stay wasn't anything too nasty.

Many thanks Jimmy and Ron. Hospital found that I now have Chronic Kidney Disease Ron apart from all the other ruddy bits dropping off or seizing up. I am beginning to feel like an old car with everything packing up on it especially now the exhaust has gone. The only thing left working are my headlights. I have that many pins and sodding rods in my hips and arms I think I will be finishing up in the recycling tip.

You haven't lost your sense of humour May and that's to your credit. The trouble with ageing is that it creeps up on us without us realising.

Hi Rondetto. Apologies for not getting back to you but been having tummy trouble. Probably to do with the CKD. Its not been a bad day here today for a change but it would be better still if I could get out to get some fresh air. Sod this getting old business.

Thanks for replying May, I hope you start to feel much better soon. It's hard work getting older and just keeps getting harder too. Scientists say that in 50 years time the average age for end of life will be about 140 years, that's if no one smokes and we all eat plant life and no meat. They're already talking about changing the retirement age to 75, I bet in that 50 years time they will want people to retire at 100. Perish the thought.

Oh My Gawd Ron. It takes me all my time now to walk let alone live till I am 100. I have told my family though that when it comes to my turn to pop my clogs put to my I-pad in my box with me and I will e-mail them whether I have wings or a pitchfork.
