I actually nearly ran over someone earlier today. A young lad with head phones on and texting as he was crossing the road, completely oblivious to the traffic around him.
Has anyone seen the Aurora Borealis? Just seen on the news that it's visible all this week from Orkney and Shetland.

my sister in law has just come back from a cruise where she was hoping to see the Aurora Borealis.
Unfortunately they were too early to see it. It only happens at certain times of year.

My wife has always said she would like to see them but knowing our luck even if we booked a flight or weekend I bet it would be too cloudy. Or not happen at all.
