I make biscuits that are my particular favourite, they are thin,very crisp and tasty. The best part is they are so easy to make. I use the basic biscuit recipe(4oz butter,4oz sugar and 6oz flour) and I add mixed spice(the type you put in rich fruit cakes.) The worst part of making biscuits ,is that you have to be there all the time,taking trays out and putting trays in. I like thin ginger biscuits too. I used to like shortbread,but too many calories in it. I've been told there are no calories in broken biscuits,as all the calories leak out of the breaks.
