Two men play six games of chess , one wins four games the other wins three. How come? Does a draw count as a win?

Question: A man and his son were in an automobile accident. The man died on the way to the hospital, but the boy was rushed into surgery. The emergency room surgeon said, “I cannot operate because that is my son!” How was this possible?

From your wording, that is not possible.

From your wording, that is not possible. The surgeon is his mother!

Doh! I shouldn't have been caught by that one. I have heard it before - I remember it now. Put it down to a senior moment, which is getting more and more common these days.

That reminds me of a joke: Mick and Paddy were on the Dun Loaghaire ferry and Mick tells him the old riddle... Brothers, and sisters have I nine, but this man's father is my father's son. Paddy looks puzzled and in the end Mick says " It's me, it's me"!! Paddy says "That's a grand riddle, that is" So when he gets home, he goes to the pub and repeats the riddle to his mate Declan... Brothers and sisters have I none, but this man's father is my father's son" Dec says "Nope. I dunno the answer" To which Paddy says "Ah, it's this bloke Mick I met on the ferry..."
