Fried egg with fried onions.
Sometimes.
At other times it's something different.

My Mum used to give us kids a fried onion butty when we young, she always said it would ward off colds and flu. Haven't had one for many years.

It's not for always.
For a few sandwiches to have with a whisky while watching a film, egg mayonnaise (with some finely chopped red onion mixed in).
