Malta 0 England 0 It finished 4-0 You could always switch your allegiance to Scotland and have more heart attacks Why did ITV choose to have Ryan Giggs who is Welsh when it suits, commentating on this match? They couldn't have Capn Wayne who was otherwise tied up (Now there's plenty of dirt for the tabloids)

Anyone who follows football is barmy. Barmy person here. It was a bit tedious last night, to be fair.

Anyone who follows football is barmy. I really wish this post had said "anybody who follows football is barmy."

I tend to shout for one of the 'home nations' even if England have been knocked out of some competition. However I was in Cardiff at a wedding in an hotel a couple of years ago and rugby was on TV in the bar, England V France. And the Welsh were cheering the French! I quizzed someone and was told it was the norm, the Welsh cheered anyone who were playing England.

I'm the same JJ and support all home teams, however up in Scotland it's a case of supporting any team anywhere in the world against England. It's always a tad awkward in our house when England and Scotland play against each other as it's 3 against 1. My husband's the same Arena, he will support home nation teams too.

How England miss the waste of space aka Rooney, not He may be over the hill but I don't think you can call him a waste of space. Overpaid, over rated. When did England ever do any good under his captaincy, Iceland is the classic. All the emphasis was always on him
