Thinly sliced cheese, spread with melted cheese, topped off with grated cheese then put in the oven until golden and bubbling. Only joking 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

Loathe macaroni cheese! I think it has something to do with school dinners. I don't really cook with cheese and it's usually as a topping or in a sauce for lasagne. Marscapone is fab for cheesecake type puds.

Sliced Wensleydale put into a saucepan, milk salt and pepper. Lightly boil for a few minutes and then pour onto toast. Very yummy.

Apparently that's a thing, but she didn't know that when she first did it.

Oh, just about anything.
But (from a Maigret film) lightly toasted bread roll with brie and a soft boiled egg on top. I had it this morning.

I have never made this myself, but a good Cheese Souffle is divine.

Our lass makes a good one of those as well, and a Soufflé omelette (which we had last night).

I love a load of cheese on nachos, but then I like cheese with most things. I like it with fruit cake too. I like cheese fondue and do one every couple of months with crusty bread, palma ham, olives and stuff
Oh, cheese olives, make a cheesy dough or pastry (strong cheese) wrap around an olive (stoned) and bake, put on a cocktail stick and you have one of the most delicious hors d'oeuvres ever.

Mmmm....I like all those. Have you tried a buttered fruit bun with cheese? Excellent - and one of my favourite snacks.

This reminds me of perhaps the last time I took my younger daughter sea fishing. She had been fishing with me since she was about 8.
She caught a small conger eel (I think), and asked the skipper how she should cook it. He told her to skin it with a pair of pliers and he would show her how to do that, then cover it with cheese, and breadcrumbs and put it under the grill. She was very attentive. He then said, 'then you throw the fish away and eat the cheese'. Much laughter all round!
