Do not, repeat NOT, buy Morning Fresh washing up liquid. It is completely useless.

I bought Suki Belfast Tea, lovely with a really malty taste.

As a coffee drinker, just the smell of tea makes me retch. I do envy people who seem to enjoy their tea. That Typhoo advert, where people go "oooh" almost made me try a cup of tea. When I lifted the cup towards my mouth,I could smell it and put it down again quickly. At a push I can just about manage a small cup of Earl Grey with lemon.

I totally get that, sometimes I can't do the smell of tea at all, I much prefer a coffee, but if I have a tea I want a good strong taste and I must have tea with fish and chips or egg and chips etc. Strange crew aren't we.

I only ever tried morning fresh once and it was so weak, never again. You can't beat Fairy liquid. Same with men's shaving gel, there are own supermarket and shop brands but they are all weak. You have to buy Nivea for a decent shave.

Yes! Tea with fish and chips, a must! Can you actually get fish and chips in France, Arena ? (unless it's diy?) Hild, I have heard that Barry's (Irish) tea is good...

Beer with fish and chips surely?
Red Bush tea is truly minging!
Lidl ribeye steak is lovely, a reasonable price and delicious. We also get Bartlett potatoes from there as they're no longer stocked at a bigger chain supermarket.

For years I drank Typhoo lose leaf tea, and then it got more and more difficult to find. I now drink Miles tea, which I find great.

Thanks Maris, I think I got the taste for Irish tea when I was married to a man from Belfast, it has a malty flavour that I like a lot, otherwise my tea has to be strong enough to stand a spoon in!! I will look out for Barry's, M&S does a Belfast Tea and as I don't drink tea often it is worth the treat.

Seems that Lidl gets the thumbs up for a lot of items on our shopping lists. That will please Aubrey no end. Did you know he is their Head of PR and Marketing? Specialist area, cheese 😁

Its a West country tea, I think made in Dorset. Not grown there of course! I get it in several local supermarkets and shops with no probs at all. And it is rather good.
